We're thrilled to announce the merger of Equinoxx Aviation Services and LAS MRO, uniting under the Equinoxx Aviation Services name to redefine excellence in aviation maintenance, repair, and avionics.

This strategic partnership brings together our FAA-certified Part 145 expertise in piston and turboprop with LAS MRO's premier capabilities in corporate jet services. Our expanded services includes routine maintenance and inspections, troubleshooting and repair, advanced avionics services,  AOG support and more.

This merger expands our footprint to Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), Jacksonville International (JAX) and, in January 2026, to Herlong Recreational Airport (HEG). Together, we're creating a full-spectrum powerhouse, delivering unmatched safety, regulatory compliance and customer-centric solutions for general aviation and corporate jets alike.

Breno Lemos, founder of LAS MRO, is joining our leadership team taking on the role as Director of Maintenance in Florida. Breno brings more than 25 years of jet maintenance experience and our shares our commitment to reliability and safety while ensuring seamless transition for our clients.
